These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the website www.rate-my-computer.com (hereinafter "Service") of Jonas Heinen, Schülzchenstr. 30, 53474 Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler (hereinafter "Provider").

By using the Service, the user agrees to these T&C.

The Service provides an AI-supported hardware analysis. Users can enter PC components and receive automatically generated ratings, compatibility checks and upgrade recommendations.

The analyses are based on AI systems and internet research and serve solely as non-binding guidance. There is no entitlement to specific analysis results.

Performance figures (e.g. FPS) are estimates based on real, source-attributed benchmark data (e.g. TechPowerUp, 3DMark, Cinebench 2024, Geekbench 6, PassMark) gathered through live web research and cached for 150 days. The benchmark values themselves are published measurements; only their transfer to the specific system entered is an estimate – not a measurement of that system.

Use of the Service is permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes, unless a separate agreement has been made.

The following uses are prohibited:

• – Automated retrieval of content (scraping, bots)
• – Entry of unlawful, offensive or false content
• – Attempts to circumvent or impair the security of the Service
• – Commercial reuse of the generated content without consent

The analyses, recommendations and ratings generated by the Service are created fully automatically by AI systems. The Provider accepts no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or suitability of the generated content for a particular purpose.

Purchasing decisions or technical measures taken on the basis of the AI analysis are made solely at the user's own responsibility.

The Provider endeavours to ensure high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work or technical faults may lead to temporary restrictions.

All content, graphics and the design of the Service are protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without the express written permission of the Provider is prohibited.

The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. The current version is available on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of amended T&C is deemed acceptance.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
